Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-20
1. Agreement
By creating an account, purchasing a license, or downloading the JaredETH desktop app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. JaredETH may update these Terms; material changes are dated above and communicated through the account dashboard.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share your account with anyone else, not to register multiple accounts to circumvent the seat cap, and to notify JaredETH immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. JaredETH may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, after written notice where practical.
3. 1 Year License Tier
The 1 Year License tier (5,000 USDT/year) grants you a non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the JaredETH desktop application and the operator-controlled bot instance running on JaredETH infrastructure for the one-year term purchased. The license is tied to your account and the bot signing wallet you submit through the desktop app.
The license does not grant ownership of the underlying bot software, the on-chain contracts operated by JaredETH, or any other intellectual property. JaredETH retains all rights not expressly granted.
4. Source Code Tier
The Source Code purchase (10,000 USDT one-time) grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable right to use, modify, and self-deploy the JaredETH source code for personal or internal commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or otherwise make the source code (or substantially derivative works) available to any third party without prior written consent from JaredETH. The Source Code is delivered as-is; technical support is limited to the components and documentation included at delivery. Source Code buyers also receive lifetime access to the JaredETH desktop app (macOS and Windows) at no extra cost.
5. Risk and Disclaimers
MEV extraction involves financial risk. On-chain transactions are irreversible. Market conditions, gas prices, builder competition, and protocol changes can affect profitability. Historical performance is not a guarantee of future results.
JaredETH makes no representation or warranty that the bot will generate profit for any particular operator, in any particular period, or under any particular market conditions. You operate the bot at your own risk and are solely responsible for the configuration choices you make (including the bot signing wallet, gas thresholds, and strategy parameters).
6. Refunds
JaredETH ships with a 60-day money-back guarantee. Within 60 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund if the bot generates no profit, crashes and cannot be recovered, or is non-functional. Source Code purchases are non-refundable after the source has been delivered. See the full Refund Policy for eligibility details and claim steps.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to engage in fraud, market manipulation outside of standard MEV extraction, attacks against JaredETH's infrastructure, or any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction. MEV regulation varies by jurisdiction; you are responsible for consulting local legal counsel and determining whether your intended use is lawful where you operate.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JaredETH's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service, the 1 Year License, or the Full Source Code is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant purchase in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. JaredETH is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages, including any on-chain losses.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time from the account dashboard. JaredETH may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, fraud, or circumvention of the seat cap. Refund eligibility upon termination follows the Refund Policy.
10. Changes
JaredETH may revise these Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the effective date of the current version. Material changes are surfaced in the account dashboard; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
