Within 60 days of purchase, you can request a full refund if the bot doesn't generate profit, crashes and cannot be recovered, or fails to operate as advertised. Refunds are sent to the originating payment wallet in the same currency you paid (USDT, USDC, or ETH) within 24 hours of approval. To claim, open a support ticket from the account dashboard with your order ID and bot signing wallet address. Source-code purchases are non-refundable after the source has been delivered — by nature, code cannot be un-delivered — but if you run into any issue, our team will be happy to guide you and help you get it running.

How to claim a refund

1. Open a support ticket from your account dashboard.
2. Describe the issue — no profit, crash, or non-functional — and include your order ID and bot signing wallet address.
3. If the issue is technical, JaredETH support will first attempt to fix it. If the fix doesn't restore profit or functionality, the refund is processed in full.
4. Refunds are sent to the originating payment wallet in the same currency you paid (USDT, USDC, or ETH), within 24 hours of approval.
